Make India Safe (https://makeindiasafe.com) is operated by TRIVAIDH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. These terms apply to your use of the website, account, free masterclass registration, paid gut-health programs, and related services — except where separate terms apply (for example, paid online consultations).

1. Acceptance
By accessing Make India Safe, creating an account, registering for a session, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Effective date: 25 September 2026. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date.
2. Who we are
TRIVAIDH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") operates the Make India Safe brand and platform. References to "you" or "user" mean the person using the platform.

3. Nature of the service (important)
Make India Safe provides health education, community access, and program content. Unless you book a paid online consultation under separate consultation terms, nothing on the platform is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Educational content is general in nature and may not apply to your situation. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical decisions. Do not disregard professional advice because of something you read or hear on the platform.
Not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
4. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or use the platform only with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
- You may sign in with email and password or through Google sign-in where offered. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend or close accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or used in breach of these terms.
5. Masterclasses, programs, and payments
- Free masterclass registration collects the details you submit so we can contact you about the session. Registration does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
- Paid gut-health programs and other paid offerings are described on the pricing pages. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay; card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay under their terms and privacy policy.
- Program access, community links (including WhatsApp), and deliverables are described at purchase. Refund rules for programs, if any, are stated at checkout or in program-specific communications.
- We may change program content, schedules, or pricing for future purchases. What you pay at checkout governs your purchase.
6. Online consultations
Paid online consultations with Dr. Yokesh Arul are governed by additional consultation terms published at /consultancy/terms. By booking a consultation, you agree to those terms in addition to these platform terms.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not harass staff, doctors, or other users; upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content; attempt to break security; scrape or overload the service; or use the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation.
- Do not copy, record, or redistribute paid program or consultation materials except as expressly allowed.
- We may remove access and report conduct to authorities where required by law.
8. Intellectual property
Content on Make India Safe — including text, video, audio, graphics, and branding — is owned by TRIVAIDH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access content you have paid for or been granted access to. You may not resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Third-party services
We use third parties to operate the platform, including payment (Razorpay), authentication (Google), messaging (WhatsApp/Meta), email delivery, and hosting. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites you reach through links on our platform.
10. Disclaimers
The platform and content are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or reliance on educational content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights under Indian law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRIVAIDH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, officers, and employees from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of law — except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for security or legal compliance. You may stop using the platform at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, governing law) will survive termination.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). It forms part of your agreement with us.
14. Governing law and disputes
These policies are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
