Privacy policy
TRIVAIDH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us") is the data fiduciary for personal data processed through Make India Safe (https://makeindiasafe.com). This policy describes what we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Draft for patient and user information. Final terms and policies should be reviewed by legal counsel before reliance.
1. Scope
- This policy applies to the website, account sign-up and sign-in, masterclass registration, program enrollment, payments, free health assessments, onboarding questionnaires, and service-related email or WhatsApp messages we send.
- Paid online consultations involve health-related data; consultation-specific handling is also described in the consultation terms. Where this policy and consultation terms overlap, both apply.
2. Personal data we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number (when you provide it), and account identifiers.
- Authentication: credentials or tokens when you sign in with email/password or Google OAuth (we do not store your Google password).
- Registration and program data: masterclass preferences, questionnaire answers, program selections, and enrollment status.
- Payment data: transaction IDs, amounts, and status from Razorpay. Card and UPI details are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send us, support correspondence, and delivery metadata for emails we send.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
- Health-related information: only where you voluntarily provide it (for example health assessment answers, onboarding goals, consultation complaints, or forms). Assessment answers are stored in our systems; we do not send individual health answers to advertising platforms.
- Analytics: we use PostHog for aggregated product analytics (for example assessment completion and course checkout). PostHog events are limited to non-sensitive properties such as funnel step and program identifiers—not free-text answers, diagnosis labels, or contact details.
3. Why we use your data
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To register you for masterclasses, deliver programs, and provide links to communities (including WhatsApp) you choose to join.
- To process payments, send receipts and invoices, and fulfil purchases.
- To personalize onboarding and program experiences when you consent.
- To send service messages (confirmations, reminders, account security). Marketing messages, if any, will follow applicable consent rules.
- To improve the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
4. Legal basis (India)
Under the DPDP Act, we rely on your consent where required, performance of a contract (for example delivering a program you purchased), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
6. Storage and cross-border transfers
Data may be stored on servers in India or other countries where our providers operate. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we take steps required under applicable law, including contractual protections where appropriate.
7. How long we keep data
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Payment and invoice records may be kept longer where law requires.
8. Your rights
- Request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request erasure where applicable law allows.
- Nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf in certain situations under the DPDP Act.
- Lodge a grievance with us using the contact details below.

11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and protect your account.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date is 25 September 2026; we will post updates on this page. Significant changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the site where appropriate.
